This Brad Penn SAE 30 break in oil offers the maximum lubrication necessary during the break in process of a new engine.  This break in oil will allow the proper seating of piston rings and engine component run-in.  This oil contains enhanced levels of zinc, which is commonly known in the automotive industry as zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP).  The superior oil film strength provided by Penn Grade base oil provides improved anti-wear and anti-scuffing protection for the most demanding of engine applications, including the break-in process of engines running flat tappet cams.

Please note that this oil contains blended zinc and phosphorus and is not intended for use in engines which utilize catalytic converters.
